Reporting by the Liberation Times, specifically from journalist Christopher Sharp, has just dropped some startling claims regarding the government’s secret history with UAP. According to several sources, two of the most powerful figures in modern intelligence; former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former Principal Deputy DNI Stephanie O’Sullivan; allegedly oversaw a deep-black program during the Obama years. This wasn’t just a study group; the report claims it involved the active shootdown and recovery of craft believed to be of non-human origin.
My own ongoing investigation into the involvement of Clapper and O’Sullivan aligns directly with these reports. Through independent channels, I have received confirmation that validates the core of Sharp’s claims, pointing to a highly coordinated effort to manage the UAP reality from the very top of the intelligence hierarchy. While these remain allegations in the eyes of the public, the consistency between these sources suggests we are finally pulling back the curtain on the true gatekeepers;if just at the surface level.
What the Liberation Times discovered
The report cites three separate sources who say Clapper and O’Sullivan managed a UAP effort tucked away inside the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. These sources suggest this oversight actually started earlier, while Clapper was the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence between 2007 and 2010. That role essentially gave him a bird’s eye view of every secret the U.S. was keeping.
At the same time, Stephanie O’Sullivan was running the CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology which is like the Offensive Coordinator of the UFO cover-up, if you could get one person to break ranks the person in that position is who you want… Stephanie eventually became the third highest official at the CIA before moving up to the ODNI in 2011.
One of the more cinematic details in the report is a purported codename: “Golden Domes.” This program was allegedly a joint venture between the CIA and the Air Force. Given that Clapper was once the head of Air Force Intelligence, the connection makes sense. The sources claim the program used advanced sensors to track UAP even when they tried to hide, and then used electronic warfare or lasers to disable them. Interestingly, the sources couldn’t explain the “why” behind these battles; they didn’t know the rules of engagement or if there was any kind of communication happening between us and whatever was in those craft.
Clapper’s own words
These claims feel a bit heavier when you look at what James Clapper said recently in the documentary The Age of Disclosure. He admitted that back in his Air Force days, he knew about a secret program tracking anomalous activity over places like Area 51 and other sensitive test ranges.
He described it as an active program meant to track things they simply couldn’t explain. While he didn’t mention shooting anything down, he did publicly confirm that covert monitoring programs for unexplained objects are very real, though we still don’t know how far they actually went. I do give Clapper credit for commenting at all on the subject. Those that came before him have not; I can’t confirm Clapper’s motives for commenting but until we know otherwise we have to take him at his word.
The connection to David Grusch
This new reporting matches up perfectly with what whistleblower David Grusch has been saying. In a recent interview, Grusch didn’t just say Clapper knew about crash retrievals; he said Clapper managed them. Grusch also alleged that O’Sullivan and other top leaders were in the room for these discussions and that he personally urged them to be more transparent.
There is also a very interesting professional link here: Grusch’s lawyer, Charles McCullough III, used to be the Inspector General for the Intelligence Community. In that job, he reported directly to Clapper, which adds a layer of procedural credibility to everything Grusch is bringing forward.
Connecting the dots
When you look back at the careers of Clapper and O’Sullivan, you can see why their names keep coming up. Clapper has been at the heart of the intelligence world for decades, leading the DIA and the NGA. In his own memoir, he mentions acting as a middleman for former NSA Director Bobby Ray Inman; a man many researchers believe was one of the original “gatekeepers” of the UFO secret.
O’Sullivan’s resume is just as telling. She started at the defense contractor TRW (now Northrop Grumman) and rose through the CIA’s most technical wings. Since she left the government, she has sat on the boards of The Aerospace Corporation, HRL Laboratories, and the Battelle Memorial Institute. All of these organizations have been linked for years to advanced aerospace research and rumored studies of UAP materials, it’s revolving door of public to private and back again.
The Liberation Times also reports that O’Sullivan was reportedly asked by the Senate Intelligence Committee about her role in these programs and denied everything. If that turns out to be false, it creates a massive oversight problem.
The bottom line
Right now, we don’t have a leaked “Golden Domes” manual or a photo of a recovered craft to prove this to the world. But when you combine the sources from the Liberation Times, the direct confirmations I have received through my own investigation, Clapper’s own public admissions, and David Grusch’s testimony, a clear pattern starts to emerge.
Whether these specific allegations are 100% accurate or not, they highlight a massive demand for the truth. We are past the point of wondering if the government was interested in UAP. The real questions now are: how deep did the rabbit hole go, and who exactly was holding the map?
