Spend five minutes in an online forum, attend a conference, or listen to the prevailing cultural narrative, and you will encounter an overwhelming chorus preaching that the phenomenon is an emissary of “love and light”- an enlightened cosmic elder waiting to guide humanity past our primitive flaws and into an era of zero-point energy and universal brotherhood.
I do not believe that narrative for a second. It is a coping mechanism masquerading as open-mindedness, built on a total refusal to look directly at the horrifying physical evidence left in the wake of the phenomenon.
If these entities are truly our benevolent protectors, their track record across human history presents a devastating paradox. A power that can intervene to stop global atrocities, but chooses only to observe, manipulate, and study the carnage, is not a guardian angel. It is an apex observer running a controlled experiment.
When you look at the raw physical encounters documented on the ground, the reality looks less like spiritual communion and more like clinical, non-consensual violation:
